Born in Israel and raised in South Africa, Yoav comes from a multicultural background, but his tunes are by no means “world music”– except in the sense that almost anyone can appreciate them. Ranging from deep, dramatic singing to near-falsetto interludes, Yoav’s strong voice has an impressive, rich variety not often found with many “indie” rock type singers, who tend to take one tone and roll with it, speak-singing their lyrics. Yoav can really sing, and the range of his voice lends great depth to the album.

Leo Burnett asked us to work on an attractive Internet campaign for it’s client Quick to support the launch of their Mix Burgers, available for 6 weeks only in Belgium and Luxemburg.
We created a trendy website called Mixburger.be where customers could participate in a boomtastic DJ contest. For each burger bought they received a code, or one chance to win one of the many amazing prizes. Extra codes could be earned by registering on the website or inviting friends to join the contest.
Credit is due!
Aside from our in-house team that once again did a super job in a tight timing, we would like to thank Mickaël Bursztejn — you know Mickey, the 20 years old Dirty Dancing resident DJ — for the music he composed especially for this project. Merci mon p’tit! And last but not least, we would like to thank our friends at Dirty Dancing for opening the doors and letting Jean-Yves Limet shoot in their club. Thank you Renaud and Lorenzo!
Little Boxes is a song written by Malvina Reynolds in 1962 that lampoons the development of suburbia and what many consider its bourgeois conformist values. Little Boxes was inspired visually by the houses of Daly City, California. Nancy Reynolds, daughter of Malvina Reynolds, explains:
For the launch of their new limited Twingo TempoMusic series, Renault appealed once again to Bureau347. And every week, a top 10 of winners is revealed.
